The forms for CSIR NET will be available in the selected branches of various banks. The form can also be obtained by post by sending a Demand Draft along with the request for form to Indian Bank, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi. Candidates will aslo be able to apply online at the website www.csirhrdg.res.in.
